It is the policy of J1Technologies that, in conducting its activities, it is committed to protect the health and safety of its employees, its neighbours and the community, and to avoid damage to property or the environment as a result of its activities.
In implementing this policy, J1Technologies aims to eliminate work related injuries and illness.
J1Technologies not only complies with the relevant UK legislation; it was one of the first Chemical Companies in the UK to be issued a permit under IPPC, by the Environment Agency, to manufacture a range of reacted Surfactants. It also promotes in an appropriate manner further measures for the protection of the health and safety of all whom may be affected directly or indirectly by its activities.
J1Technologies also aims to minimise waste disposal and to pro-actively encourage recycling.
The first investment for J1Technologies was in the Lycos 2000 system to ensure the provision of a database to provide Health and Safety information for the classification of its products.
The Company Regulatory Affairs Manager maintains the database to include Safety Data Sheets of all raw materials and manufactured product classifications, product labelling and Trem Cards.
